TALKS ON GREAT AUTHORS OF INDIA

 As a part of Readers' Club Activities, an activity called "Talks on Great Authors of India" was held in the library on the 23rd September, 2024 in two languages ie Hindi and English.

NEWSPAPER CLIPPING ACTIVITIES

 As a part of library activities, newspaper clipping activity on specific topics was done by students in the month of September, 2024

आज यानि 19 सितम्बर 2024 को हिंदी पखवाड़ा के अंतर्गत निबंध लेखन प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया।

NCERT and UNESCO launch Comic Book “Let’s Move Forward” in 11 Languages

 NCERT and UNESCO have launched the comic book “Let’s Move Forward” on August 29, 2023. The book is developed with the objective to encourage children to understand the importance of holistic well-being. The content provided in the book includes fun and engaging stories for students to help them learn in a fun-filled and entertaining way. The comic book will be available in 11 languages. 

BOOK AUCTION

 The condemned books of the library was auctioned to the students and teachers on the 6th August, 2024 in the library

 PAINTING COMPETITION

As a part of Library Month, a painting competition was held on the 19th July, 2024 for readers' club members. Altogether, 22 students participated in the competition. The theme of the painting competition was SCHOOL LIBRARY. 

PUSTAKOPAHAR

 

Pustakopahar, an initiative of KVS is a wonderful one. Joy of giving gives us immense pleasure. In order to maintain the ecosystem Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has initiative of pustakophar. The Pustakopahar function for our school was held on the 4^th  April, 2024 . The donated books were further given to the needy students so that their teaching learning processes do not get affected in the absence of books.  Altogether 78 students donated 175 books. This also inculcates a good habit among the students.
